When adding an employees table to a base, always use the "Employees" data set
When you want to offer a specific selection set, but users need to be able to add more options to the list or edit the options, use a record link to a separate table instead of a single-select field.
When creating a new Airtable base and/or Stacker app, make sure to clean up unused fields when you are done.

MiniExtensions offers many Extensions for Airtable. Their Form builder is especially useful, and offers much more functionality than standard Airtable forms.
