Mid Landing Channels

Channel Parameters

    • MiterCutOffset

      • if XY plane is at front end: 0

    • StairAngleFromFloor - defined by PA

    • MidLandingDepth - set by PA

    • LegHoleDiameter - arbitrary value 11/16"

    • LegHoleFromFront - arbitrary expression = MidLandingDepth/2

    • LegHoleFromTop - arbitrary expression = TopChannelHoleFromTop + 2.25 in

    • Channel Size - for changing size, set from PA

    • TreadHoleDiameter - arbitrary value 0.46

    • MidLandingTreadHoleFromTop - default value 2, set from TA

    • MidLandingTreadHoleFromFront - default value 2, set from TA

    • MidLandingTreadHoleQTY - default value 3, set from TA

Work Features

  • Mid Plane - the center of the flanges (for constraint)

    • Define as midplane between Bottom Plane and Top Plane

  • Landing Start Plane - offset from XY Plane

    • XY Plane at Back End: offset value (MidLandingDepth )

    • XY Plane at Front End: offset value 0

Modeling Features

  • Miter Cut (through all) (both front and back)

  • Tread Hole (Diameter = TreadHoleDiameter)

  • Tread Hole Pattern (QTY = TopLandingTreadHoleQTY; Spacing = TopLandingTreadHoleSpacing)

  • Leg Hole (Diameter = LegHoleDiameter)
